MRC's PineCrest is Lufkin's premier continuing care retirement community. We are currently seeking an On-Call Resident Services Driver🚗 to help transport residents to appointments, outings, and events while building meaningful relationships along the way. This role is more than just driving — you’ll also have the chance to support our Life Enrichment Team, assist with activities, and be part of fun community outings and events.

The On-Call Resident Services Driver will fulfill all transportation needs for our retirement community campus. They will operate vehicles such as a bus, van, and car. The majority of driving will be during the week with some occasional weekend appointments.
Qualifications
- A safe driving record.
- A passion for working with seniors! ❤️
- The ability to handle multiple transportation requests at a time, and if necessary, prioritize, and diplomatically communicate the established priorities residents and staff.
- The ability to project a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner to residents, families and co-workers.
