We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our technology leadership team. In this role, you will define and guide enterprise-wide application and technology strategies that power our business forward. • Mentorship & Culture: Guide and elevate domain architects and engineering teams, cultivating a culture of technical excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Do (Essential Functions)

• Enterprise Alignment & Roadmapping: Define application, information, and technical architectural visions and strategic multi-year roadmaps aligned with overall enterprise business goals.
• Collaborative Architecture Governance: Engage with architecture councils, domain architects, and engineering teams to champion standard adoption, ensure architectural integrity, and bridge current state to future state.
• Cross-Domain Solutioning: Partner with technical and functional leaders to design resilient, scalable, cross-domain architectures for our most critical strategic initiatives.
• Emerging Technology & Innovation: Research industry trends, run hands-on POCs, lead technology vendor evaluations, and determine how cutting-edge tools and frameworks can create competitive advantages.
• Stewardship & Asset Reuse: Drive the creation, adoption, and reusability of enterprise architectural patterns, frameworks, and digital assets.
• Mentorship & Advocacy: Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and mentorship to domain architects, engineers, and IT specialists.
• Documentation & Metrics: Document architecture designs, blueprints, and decision records, while establishing and tracking architectural health and performance metrics.

When you will work:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
• Hybrid Work Schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day from home.

What You Bring to the Table

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education, training, and progressive architectural experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Domain Breadth: Demonstrated architectural proficiency in at least two enterprise architecture domains:
  • Application Architecture
  • Information / Data & Data Integration
  • Technical & Cloud Infrastructure
  • Security Architecture
  • Business Architecture
• Communication & Facilitation Mastery: Outstanding verbal, written, visual, and group facilitation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical trade-offs for diverse business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading through influence, consensus-building, and mentoring across matrixed cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience guiding enterprise migrations and architectures within modern cloud ecosystems (Google Cloud Platform preferred).
• Experience with large-scale ERP platforms and enterprise integration frameworks.
• A natural curiosity and passion for hands-on experimentation, technical research, and continuous learning.
