Executive Administrative Assistant

Alutiiq Solutions, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide executive administrative support to the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Command Operations Group at Patuxent River Md. This position requires onsite support, 5 days a week.

This position resides within Command Operations front office spaces, as such the incumbent will be required to cover the reception area in a professional manner. This position is the primary coordinator and facilitator for the NAVAIR HQ Executive Conference Room.

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the NAVAIR organization, the Department of the Navy chain of command, and executive-level operations. This knowledge is essential to effectively prioritize calendars, communications, schedules, travel requirements, and competing workload demands while supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the NAVAIR HQ Executive Conference Room, supporting executive-level meetings, briefings, and special events.
• Coordinate daily with Executive Staff personnel to manage meeting requirements, prepare briefing materials, and ensure successful meeting execution.
• Operate presentation and audiovisual systems, displaying briefings and advancing slides during executive meetings. This position requires the ability to sit for long periods of time at a computer station, communicate effectively with executive level leadership, listen for verbal queues to move the briefing slides as indicated and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Provide professional support to senior military and civilian leadership while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Process visitor requests and provide security administration support using DISS and BASICS II.
• Perform administrative duties including calendar support, travel coordination, supply ordering, SIPR room coverage, correspondence support, and other office support functions as assigned.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a dynamic executive environment.

Payrate: $38.46 to $40.04 Hourly

• BS or BA Degree in a Business field. An AS or AA degree and an additional four (4) years of related experience may be substituted for a BA/BS
• ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: The equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience can be substituted for a BS or BA degree or an additional eight (8) years of experience may be substituted for a BA/BS.
• Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.
• Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
• At least two (2) years of related administrative and analytical experience.
• Will work independently on tasks, as well as coordinate with others in support of group efforts.
