Key Responsibilities

• Performing complex and confidential administrative functions including developing and typing written correspondence, agendas, notices, and minutes.
• Screening/routing telephone calls ensuring clients and vendors are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintaining significant personal interaction with Sr. Leadership and all levels of the organization; must be able to effectively communicate and appropriately represent the organization and this executive.
• Acting as the project manager for special projects, at the request of the CIO, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations and disseminating information.
• Managing the CIO calendar, meeting arrangements, travel planning, and expense reporting.
• Maintaining confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.
• Assisting senior IT team members with some of their above duties.

Competencies and skills

• Bachelor degree with 3+ year administrative experience in supporting executive level employees.
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Suite Applications with superior knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Must be extremely wellorganized and energetic with excellent administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential.
• Ability to interact and interface with all levels within the organization.
• This position requires regular in-office attendance as an essential function of the job.
