Front Desk Receptionist

Esplanade at Azario Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Front Desk Receptionist! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Greets members, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
• Performs other duties.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree; or one (1) year administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job.
• Possesses computer skills, including, but not limited to, use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Jonas and Publisher.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
