Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day investor and analyst engagement, including meeting preparation, research on MPC and our peers, and development of concise recaps and follow-up materials.

  • Support investor intelligence and targeting by analyzing shareholder ownership and developing insights that help prioritize investor outreach, conferences, and management engagement.
  • Identify and support improvements to recurring IR processes and analytical tools through standardization, automation, and the appropriate use of technology to improve quality, efficiency, and continuity.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and collaborate with IR and cross-functional partners in support of executive requests and the broader Finance & IR organization. Demonstrate curiosity and sound judgment, a desire for deeper understanding, and the ability to pivot among priorities as needed.

  • Six (6) years in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Experience with financial modeling and/or analytical analysis is preferred.
