Job Overview

We are seeking multiple Java Developers to support the continued development and enhancement of enterprise voice and customer interaction applications. The team has successfully completed initial pilot projects and is now expanding into the next phase of development.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring MVC
• Solid Java development experience
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Experience with unit testing frameworks
• Experience working with continuous integration (CI) tools and processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a collaborative environment
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and solve problems

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Spring Boot
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with Git and version control best practices
• Familiarity with Maven or similar build tools
• Experience working with modern Java versions and frameworks
• Exposure to AI-powered development and productivity tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring technologies

• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality
• Support CI/CD processes and application deployments
