- Sell personal lines coverage (auto, home, life) to new and existing clients
- Match customers with the right coverage through a consultative approach
- Work inbound leads provided by the agency through to close
- Own your monthly sales targets in a remote, performance-based setup
- Active P&C insurance license
- 1-3 years in insurance or sales preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication for remote client work
- Disciplined and self-motivated - this is a remote role with real accountability
- Broader carrier access than a captive agent, even while working remotely
- Access to Fusion Tech, Brightway's proprietary quoting and customer management platform - less admin, more time selling
- Training and carrier relationships from a national network, without giving up remote flexibility

About the Opportunity
This fully remote opportunity is with a Brightway-affiliated agency serving the Miami Lakes, FL market. We're looking for a licensed producer who can sell effectively without an office around them - you'll still have full access to Brightway's carrier network and agency support.
