What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and close new business accounts via phone, email, and in-person when needed
- Target industries such as retail, restaurants, property management, manufacturing, and construction
- Present proposals and negotiate long-term service agreements (typically 60-month terms)
- Submit agreements, pricing, and CRM notes via a streamlined process
- Maintain a proactive approach in the field to drive sales and close deals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in waste/recycling, logistics, or the service industry
- Comfortable with outbound outreach, lead generation, and cold calling
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Tech-savvy enough to manage proposals and follow-ups
- Strong communication and closing skills with the ability to ask for and secure business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the waste and recycling industry or related fields
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience negotiating service agreements and contracts
