      Kelly’s Client Lead - MSP National Accounts is responsible for:

      • Client strategy inclusive of client relationships, service delivery and growth of the accounts tied to specific growth targets.
      • Own the overall growth, including responsibility for the P&L, GP and contribution along with program optimization. Client Lead takes the SME in their Business Unit/Domain specific offering and will be utilized as a resource to win new business.
      • Manage the client relationship of Kelly clients; collaborate with management teams across all enterprises and business units.
      • Expand usage of core business and new business lines throughout the customers’ various locations and subsidiaries by identifying Kelly opportunities and developing support strategies
      • Establish clients’ SOWs and manage accordingly (including change requests), where applicable
      • Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews

      Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

      • 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of accounts
      • Strong problem solver, analytical thinker and decision maker
      • Strong financial knowledge with the ability to understand influences on profitability
      • Microsoft skills including Word, Excel and PowerPointAnalyze, HubSpot, Beeline, Fieldglass, Coupa, Workday & Vndly
      • Monthly financial statements and implement strategies to increase profitability.
      • Proven ability to effectively influence both internally and externally
      • Ability to balance client demands with internal capabilities/profitability

      Base pay rate for this position is $73,875-$98,500 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
