      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead business development and client relationship efforts with institutional investors in the U.S. and Canada
      - Promote the employer’s suite of real estate, infrastructure, and credit investment products to potential clients
      - Maintain regular communication with existing investors and deliver exceptional client service
      - Research and analyze market trends and institutional investors to identify opportunities
      - Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to new product development and investment offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, finance, economics, or a related field
      - Series 7 & 63 licenses required
      - Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in institutional fundraising or business development
      - Proven track record of raising capital and building relationships with institutional investors
      - Strong understanding of real estate, infrastructure, and private markets preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CFA, MBA, or additional industry credentials preferred
      - Insight into the trends and investment processes of institutional clients
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational abilities
      - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
      - High level of energy, discipline, and self-motivation
