- A minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Must have a minimum overall cumulative 2.700 GPA with a preferred GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.000 scale).
- A minimum requirement for this US-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States permanently (U.S. citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, or qualifying Asylee / Refugee).
- A Bachelors or a Masters in one of the following: Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor & Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior/Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Candidates should be customer-oriented, business savvy, able to work independently, innovative, and interested in exploring new areas.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to overcome challenges, have highly developed emotional intelligence, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous HR internship/work experience is beneficial.

Dow's Human Resources Development Program (HRDP) prepares you to contribute to Dow, precisely in the Human Resources function.
Suppose you are a recent graduate with a talent and passion for designing and implementing people management processes that bring out the best in people. In that case, you'll want to consider joining the Dow HR Development Program (HRDP). This program provides early career experiences across multiple areas of Human Resources and, at the same time, gives participants insight into the Dow organization and culture through challenging assignments, exposure to senior HR leaders, networking, and structured learning programs.
HRDP consists of 3 rotational assignments in a wide range of HR disciplines for up to 3 years. Upon successful completion of the HRDP, employees can secure permanent positions in Human Resources.
