- Conduct introductory calls with each Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to understand their aligned territory and partners they cover.
- Take a data-driven approach and work to identify incumbent partners in all “non-partner” Solution Led opportunities. Once identified, reach out to the aligned PSM to validate the partner footprint, their capabilities, & to align the teams. Once alignment is established and there is a value exchange, work with the corresponding PSM to ensure that the partner is tagged in the CRM system.
- Review all SS3+ open Solution Led pipeline within the quarter. Work with the aligned PSM, AE, and BDR to ensure all deals have an implementation strategy in place and the client understands the total cost of ownership.
- Support the Partner Hub Associates in the qualification of partner-created opportunities generated by the long-tail of partners in our ecosystem. Help to enable Partners on Adobe Deal Registration processes and best practices. Learn how to guide the Partners on how to build Adobe capability and successful partnership with Adobe.
- Work with the Partner Leadership team to build reports on key partner performance metrics.
- Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a MBA degree, graduating between December 2024 and June 2025
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- Good sales acumen and understanding on how to leverage partners for successful outcomes.
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal.
- You thrive on challenges and have and can succeed in a complex client acquisition driven business, preferably in the mid-market or enterprise space.
- You have a passion for getting things done in an ambiguous environment, enjoy working hard, are full of energy for challenges, and seize opportunities more than others.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,000 -- $202,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Partner Sales Managers (PSMs) are responsible for overseeing partner relations for a specified field sales team at Adobe. As an Adobe Partner Sales Manager, you will engage with partners of all types & sizes – including agencies, management consultancies, systems integrators, cloud service providers, and technology partners – to drive collaborative efforts with Adobe’s direct sales team. Leveraging Enablement, Marketing, and the full Adobe ecosystem, you will learn how to build go-to-market activities for your assigned territory and how to best serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between the sales team and the partner ecosystem. Partner Sales Managers have the goal of increasing client & partner mindshare of Adobe in an effort to 1) drive net new opportunity creation and 2) accelerate existing deal cycles. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
