      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage qualitative and quantitative research projects from inception to completion
      - Conceptualize and produce client-ready survey questionnaires and qualitative research guides
      - Provide strategic insights and analyses to clients, including visual presentations
      - Moderate qualitative research engagements such as focus groups and in-depth interviews
      - Oversee and coordinate research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and project details

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6-8 years of experience in research with a focus on politics
      - Proven experience in executing all stages of a research project, both quantitative and qualitative
      - Strong project management and organizational skills
      - Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
      - Ability to mentor, train, and manage entry-level employees

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with client-facing responsibilities and leading client engagements
      - Experience in conducting in-depth interviews and moderating focus groups
      - Experience or coursework in statistics and advanced quantitative methods
      - Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
