      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound calls for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and 211 information and referral services
      - Assess callers' needs using active listening and pertinent questions
      - Provide appropriate screenings for specialized programs and refer contacts to resources
      - Maintain accurate data collection and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and other regulations
      - Advocate for clients while adhering to contact center protocols and performance metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - One year of experience in social services, crisis hotline, contact center, or information and referral service preferred
      - Experience with Microsoft Office required
      - Ability to effectively assess client needs and demonstrate sensitivity to diverse issues
      - Must have access to a private, secure, and stable high-speed internet connection

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with client management databases or other relational databases
      - Bilingual in English/Spanish
      - Demonstrated knowledge of health and human services
      - Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
