      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct and indirect services to students with speech impairments to support their success
      - Assist in planning and implementing individual speech therapy goals and activities as outlined in IEPs
      - Administer speech/language assessments for Spanish-speaking students under supervision
      - Document student performance and maintain therapy records
      - Collaborate with teachers to enhance students' oral and written language skills

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
      - Valid Texas license as a speech-language therapy assistant
      - Successful completion of at least 50 clock hours of field experience
      - Bilingual fluency in Spanish (speak, understand, read, write)
      - Excellent time management skills and ability to balance documentation with therapy services

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous school-based experience as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
