What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform business analysis related to 340B operations and propose effective solutions
- Maintain and update 340B system databases and monitor compliance with program requirements
- Review and refine performance reports related to purchasing and dispensation
- Conduct training and education for Pharmacy Buyers to standardize processes
- Collaborate with various departments to develop audit metrics and track program performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Pharmacy Technology or a healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (PHAR-C) and Registered Pharmacy Technician (PHRMTECH-R)
- Completion of Apexus 340B University
- Ability to complete Apexus Advanced Operations Certificate within 180 days
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience or training in pharmaceutical sourcing and/or procurement
- Experience with 340B hospital programs (DSH, CAH, SCH, or RRC)
