  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist with lab and business operations and infrastructure mapping, including inventory tracking
  - Support lab construction and installations such as electrical outlets and gas lines
  - Review vendor technical documents and ensure alignment with technical standards
  - Manage the selection, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of lab and facility equipment
  - Support automated lab workflows, robotics, and control systems in the lab environment
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
  - Minimum of 10 years of experience in laboratory operations, technical support, or facilities management in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
  - Expertise in OEM equipment management and PLC systems for lab or industrial equipment
  - Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  - Experience in GxP environments, including equipment qualification and validation
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with automation tools, CMMS platforms, and data acquisition systems
  - Experience with robotics and lab automation systems
  - Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and interface with vendors and internal stakeholders
