      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and evaluate training programs to ensure compliance and quality control
      - Research, analyze, and compile operational and budgetary data for reporting
      - Manage departmental training budget planning and financial documentation
      - Serve as a liaison with various departments and external agencies for training coordination
      - Promote and coordinate internal and community training initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or public administration
      - Minimum of two years of professional experience related to emergency communications or public safety
      - No Class B (or higher) misdemeanor or felony convictions in the last ten years
      - Must obtain CPR Certification and Emergency Telecommunicator Certification within 60 days of employment
      - Must obtain Division of Criminal Information Network (DCIN) certification within 6 months of employment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least 12 years of experience related to emergency communications or public safety
      - Experience in a training/educational leadership role for at least 3 years
      - Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in a high-performance environment for at least 5 years
      - Familiarity with CALEA accreditation and compliance standards
      - Strong leadership and coaching abilities with excellent communication skills
