What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in crisis
- Assess crisis contacts via chat/text to evaluate suicide risk and identify community resources
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals identified as moderate to high risk for suicide
- Adhere to ethical and clinical standards in compliance with accreditation
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
- Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in written, verbal, and virtual formats
- Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques
- High-level customer service skills and professional etiquette

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a mental health crisis intervention role
- Familiarity with community resources and service linkage
- Certification or training in crisis intervention or suicide prevention
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles
