What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in crisis
- Assess crisis contacts via chat/text to evaluate suicide risk and identify community resources
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals deemed moderate to high risk for suicide
- Ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards in all interactions
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings, while assisting with administrative tasks as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required; or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
- Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate through various methods, including written and verbal
- Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques
- High-level customer service skills and professional etiquette

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis intervention or mental health support roles
- Familiarity with community resources and service linkage
- Previous training in trauma-informed care practices
- Certification in crisis intervention or mental health first aid
