What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telephonic or chat clinical screenings and risk assessments for individuals in crisis
- Assess crisis contacts via chat/text to evaluate suicide risk and connect clients with appropriate resources
- Conduct follow-up calls for individuals identified as moderate to high risk for suicide
- Maintain compliance with ethical and clinical standards in line with accreditation requirements
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings, while assisting with administrative tasks as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist
- Six months to one year of related crisis experience preferred
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- High-level customer service skills and professional etiquette
- Knowledge of suicide assessments and crisis intervention techniques

- Familiarity with community resources and service linkages
- Skills in virtual communication methods
