- Provide legendary service to over 100 member calls per day
- Proactively offer valuable AAA products and services to meet member needs while adhering to policies and procedures
- Adhere to assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches
- Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment
- Engage in career development opportunities for personal and professional growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent multitasking and computer skills, with proficiency in written and verbal communication
- A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distractions
- Willingness to learn and the ability to actively listen and engage members to overcome objections
- Direct connection to ISP via ethernet (no DSL, satellite, hotspots, etc.), with minimum internet speed requirements
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
- Familiarity with AAA products and services
