What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead day-to-day scheduling operations, making real-time adjustments for cancellations and staff changes
- Schedule assessments in-clinic and communicate updates to parents and staff
- Collaborate with recruitment and onboarding teams to match new hires with clients
- Track and manage client and technician availability to meet service needs
- Handle last-minute changes and provide immediate solutions with minimal disruption
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in scheduling or clinic operations, preferably in ABA, autism services, or healthcare
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong phone and email etiquette
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, capable of managing overlapping needs
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and/or Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must
