      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently organize and perform complex scheduling for Health Sciences courses, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
      - Act as the primary point of contact for Health Sciences departmental course coordinators regarding scheduling needs
      - Create and communicate scheduling data reports to administration, faculty, and staff
      - Assist in managing course scheduling resources and onboarding new departmental coordinators
      - Provide administrative support such as responding to inquiries and assisting with classroom maintenance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience involving complex scheduling such as course/curriculum coordination or event scheduling
      - Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. as required
      - Strong communication and organizational skills
      - Experience working with Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, SharePoint) and collaboration software
      - Familiarity with academic environments and course scheduling processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using scheduling software such as 25Live or 25Live Pro
      - Knowledge of basic Audio/Visual systems
      - Demonstrated skill in communicating with a diverse set of students, staff, and faculty
      - Enthusiasm for learning and proficiency with various software systems
      - Experience working in an academic setting
