      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain short- and long-term forecasts for patient contact volumes and staffing needs using Workforce Management (WFM) applications
      - Analyze historical data to create accurate forecasts and adjust them based on anticipated factors such as seasonality and trends
      - Track shrinkage data and provide recommendations for staffing strategies and PTO thresholds
      - Monitor forecast accuracy and refine modeling methodologies to improve precision
      - Collaborate with operations leadership to validate forecast inputs and communicate projected outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution
      - Minimum five (5) years of experience in a call center environment
      - Minimum five (5) years of experience in workforce management, including forecasting and capacity planning
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends in large datasets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with WFM software (e.g., NICE, Verint, Calabrio, or similar platforms)
      - Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
      - Six Sigma, Certified Workforce Planning Professional (CWPP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or related certifications
