      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with patients and providers via telephone to schedule specialty appointments according to established guidelines
      - Obtain and enter accurate demographic and insurance information for all encounters
      - Collect copays, outstanding balances, and any applicable prepayments at the time of scheduling
      - Monitor registration and insurance-related items to ensure timely claim filing
      - Provide superior customer service and represent the employer in a positive, professional manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required
      - More than one (1) year of customer service, medical office, or call center experience required
      - Ability to demonstrate commitment to service and organizational values
      - Proficiency in using EMR systems for scheduling and information management
      - Strong communication skills for effectively assisting customers with requests

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - NAHAM certificate (National Association of Healthcare Access Management) - CHAA preferred
