      We’re looking for an Account & Relationship Associate Director to lead new business development and grow existing accounts for Wolters Kluwer’s OneSumX Finance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting solutions across Singapore and Indonesia.

      In this strategic individual contributor role, you’ll craft and execute differentiated go-to-market strategies, engage C-level stakeholders, and drive adoption of our award-winning RegTech platform. You’ll report directly to the Head of Sales, APAC, and play a key role in expanding our footprint in the region’s most dynamic markets.

      This is a full-time permanent position, based in Shenton Way, Singapore (hybrid working, working from home 3 days per week).

      ABOUT THE ROLE
      As an Account & Relationship Associate Director, you will oversee large, complex, and strategic accounts with full authority to set and negotiate terms. You'll drive growth and customer satisfaction by leveraging your significant industry knowledge and deep understanding of account needs. As a senior individual contributor, you will also lead the strategic direction for account management practices.

      • Manage large and strategic accounts with full authority in negotiations.

      • Develop and implement high-level strategic sales plans.

      • Conduct in-depth analysis of client needs and market trends.

      • Regularly meet with top executive clients to ensure alignment with business objectives.

      • Resolve critical issues with high-impact solutions.

      • Create and execute innovative upselling and cross-selling strategies.

      • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through tailored services.

      • Lead the development of advanced sales policies and strategies.

      • Track and analyze large-scale sales performance metrics.


      ABOUT YOU

      • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record as an individual contributor in the banking technology sector, with a strong focus on the Singapore and Indonesia markets.

      • Enterprise Software Expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise software solutions in Finance, Regulatory, Risk, and ALM, with the ability to map solutions to complex banking workflows and pain points.

      • Strategic Sales Planning: Skilled in designing and executing regional go-to-market strategies that drive both new business acquisition and revenue retention.

      • Client Relationship Management: Excellence in managing and growing long-term client relationships.

      • Executive Communication: Exceptional communication skills for executive-level interaction.

      • Market & Client Analysis: Skilled in conducting market and client needs analysis.

      • Negotiation: Expertise in negotiating with significant authority.

      • CRM Integration: Advanced knowledge of CRM systems for comprehensive account management.
