- Conduct scheduled product demonstrations and close sales of our software and services.
- Be customer focused by understanding and adapting to evolving customer needs and goals.
- Accurately track activity and maintain records for leads and accounts in CRM.
- Self-prospect and perform front-to-back sales as needed to meet monthly sales quotas.
- Participate in weekly whiteboard meetings and share knowledge and techniques with fellow sales team members.
- Attend trainings and ensure comprehensive knowledge of both the value and the technical aspects of Vyne product offerings.
- Understand the competitive landscape and keep up to date with competitors' offerings in order to inform personal sales process.
- Truthfully and accurately submit monthly commission requests in a timely manner for all applications and services sold.
- Take personal responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding all sales objectives and continuously improving your process.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Three years of sales experience (ideally in SaaS products), with a record of success.
- Customer focused mindset toward helping customers achieve their business goals.
- Dedication to meet and exceed individual targets and team goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
