      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Present retirement plan and flexible spending account products and services to decision-makers and end-users to close new sales
      - Schedule appointments and visit potential referral sources, particularly in the financial advisor community, to secure referrals
      - Prospect for new clients using various marketing methods as directed by sales management
      - Analyze prospects' needs and interests to determine suitable product offerings
      - Expedite the resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma - Required
      - Less than 1 year of relevant experience with successful completion of required training programs
      - 2 years of experience in sales or sales management
      - Ability to project a positive image and uphold the employer's reputation
      - Proficiency in using Salesforce.com for managing prospects and client interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in retirement plan sales or related field
      - Completion of SAFE examinations for product knowledge
      - Strong technical and competitive sales skills
      - Experience in training or mentoring new sales representatives
      - Familiarity with local marketing programs and strategies
