What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and lead the growth of a diverse roster of clients, accounts, and project-based work
- Communicate effectively with clients on digital and creative services strategies
- Serve as a strategic point of contact for clients, partners, and vendors, ensuring premium customer service
- Manage internal processes and advance projects from start to finish while coordinating with team members
- Develop strategic plans, conceptual ideations, and tactical recommendations for select clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of client-facing experience in communications, design, and creative services, including previous account management experience at an agency
- Ability to work across multiple projects, workflows, and teams to meet changing client needs and deadlines
- Proven track record of developing strategic plans that benefit clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A sense of humor and a love for tacos, pandas, and dogs
