      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospecting for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
      - Managing accounts for companies with revenues of less than $500M, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
      - Meeting or exceeding revenue targets on a consistent basis
      - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
      - Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system (Salesforce)

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to small and medium companies, utilizing a consultative and value-based approach
      - Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector with a track record of exceeding sales quotas
      - Experience selling to C-level executives with a solution-selling approach
      - Ability to work effectively with teams across various departments to achieve shared objectives
      - Capability to develop and execute an account plan and manage change effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred
      - Experience in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
      - Familiarity with refining sales strategies and enhancing sales team culture
      - Comfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset
