      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
      - Screen and manage the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to communications
      - Provide executive administrative support, including analyses and documentation for projects
      - Plan and organize meetings, and report back on priorities from meetings
      - Maintain strict confidentiality of company and executive information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
      - At least 10 years of administrative experience
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite
      - Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in developing presentations and materials for executive management
      - Familiarity with task management software and communication support across practice areas
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
