What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a business plan for a defined geographic territory, closing sales with new clients
- Upsell and cross-sell into an existing book of business within the territory
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline that is three times the annual quota target
- Manage the full sales cycle, including contract generation and ensuring timely deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales pipeline and provide feedback into long-term strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a B2B environment
- Proven track record of selling software and services in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated over-achievement in past sales roles
- Strong communication skills and professional presence in all interactions
- Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office suite, with experience in Chorus and/or Outreach being a plus
