Focus on the sell-in of Diageo portfolio and brand activations at current, and new business partners
Ability to understand customer requirements and match these to specific Diageo propositions
Analysing performance of activations in venues and stores
Seeking new business opportunities in partnership with colleagues
Strong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship efficiency through structured brand/solution sell-in, persuasion and conflict resolution skills
Structured, organized, efficient planning, personal ownership, and clear communication skills to internal and external partners
Operating with a clear set of priorities, adjusting for opportunities and obstacles
Ability and confidence to make the necessary informed recommendations required to ensure activities are successfully delivered and adjusted/course corrected as the need arises
University degree
Existing understanding of the spirits market or high interest and passion for our products
Structured, take pride in delivering on time and always looking for solutions
Great communication skills, open personality, dedicated, an excellent teammate
Driver’s license
