What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a business plan for the assigned territory
- Meet or exceed sales goals through prospecting, networking, and closing sales opportunities
- Build key customer relationships and drive Lifeway product adoption
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and keep systems up to date
- Stay informed on industry trends, provide feedback, and assist in sales material development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in value-based product sales
- Proficiency in cold/warm calling and prospecting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Consultative presentation style and CRM experience
- Experience working with churches and fluent in Spanish and English

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with Salesforce
- Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church
