What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and generate new business within the assigned Tucson territory
- Conduct cold calls, door-knocking, and networking activities to drive sales
- Identify and analyze small business customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Close new B2B sales and consistently exceed monthly quotas
- Manage and maintain a sales funnel using CRM tools while accurately forecasting pipeline and revenue
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in new customer acquisition
- Experience in B2B sales preferred
- Demonstrated outbound prospecting and cold-calling experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a hunter mentality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in outside B2B sales and commission-driven environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Familiarity with solution-based selling techniques
- Comfortable with field sales and door-to-door prospecting
- Experience selling to small businesses (1-9 employees)
