What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and work leads in both developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Demonstrate T-Mobile's value by recommending wireless solutions tailored to customer needs
- Negotiate and close deals with small-sized businesses (1-9 employees)
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management through training and mentorship
- Utilize sales force automation tools to manage the sales funnel and report on activities and forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
- Proven negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with sales force automation tools
