What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify new molecule opportunities with clients through market understanding and strategic selling
- Develop and implement a detailed territory plan to optimize performance
- Craft sales programs for new clients to raise awareness of services and differentiate from competitors
- Lead ongoing relationships with existing clients and facilitate contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of all relevant activities in the SFDC database and share insights with partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience with a high school diploma required
- Experience in the Clinical Supplies Industry is highly desired
- Professional background in sales or business development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of working time within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Good knowledge of the clinical drug development process
- CDMO or CRO sales experience to enhance industry connections
- Professional presentation skills and ability to network with senior management
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Highly self-motivated individual
