What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a sales territory and grow business within existing accounts
- Sell genetic diagnostic testing services to new customers and expand menu utilization in existing accounts
- Negotiate and manage contracts, and introduce new testing products
- Develop and implement customer-specific action plans and deliver presentations
- Achieve sales goals and manage customer data in the company database
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals or in medical device sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications
- Strong track record of sales success with a broad portfolio of laboratory testing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with some formal sales training experience
- Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
- Experience with a customer base within the designated territory
