What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage deal cycles from generation to close
- Research and target new business opportunities
- Build and manage an account priority plan
- Demonstrate the Pendo platform to prospective customers
- Lead value discovery to understand customer needs
- Navigate customers through a 7-day free trial and proof of concept
- Negotiate contracts and review legal terms
- Record and document all sales activities
- Utilize all sales tech tools effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of closing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Consistent track record of goal attainment
- Understanding of SaaS financial metrics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Training with MEDDIC and Force Management
- Willingness to learn in a high-paced sales environment
- Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
- Accelerated business acumen
