      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a sales territory and grow business within existing accounts
      - Sell genetic diagnostic testing services to new customers and expand menu utilization in existing accounts
      - Negotiate and manage contracts while developing customer-specific action plans
      - Deliver presentations and assist with trade shows to promote products
      - Achieve sales goals and manage customer data in the company database

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience selling laboratory services to clinicians and hospitals or medical device sales
      - Strong track record of sales success with a broad portfolio of laboratory testing
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM applications
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
      - Experience with a customer base within the designated territory
      - Formal sales training experience such as SPIN Selling or PSS
      - Expertise in demand creation within a large geography
      - Strong networking and relationship development skills
