What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as project lead when implementing new clients and/or business partners
- Act as the Nurse Navigation liaison to business partners and client management teams
- Establish positive client retention and growth strategies in assigned markets
- Coordinate and lead regular meetings with business partners and clients for proactive problem-solving
- Develop and present performance reports and proposals in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently certified or previously certified as an Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD), EMT, or Paramedic
- 1-3 years of account management and implementation experience
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in highly complex, technical environments
- Strong skills in using tools such as Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills
