What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain overall accountability for customer satisfaction in your assigned territory
- Collaborate with Practice Leads to expand the employer's business in the Western U.S.
- Build and leverage strong field and account relationships while following up on leads
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop proposals in partnership with Service Delivery and Response Management Teams
- Understand and become proficient with the employer's service offerings and corporate messaging
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, particularly in IT services
- Proven experience with net new client acquisition
- Familiarity with professional selling methodologies, specifically solution-based selling
- Understanding of manufacturer and partner models
- Ability to pass related courses and certifications required for manufacturer certifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in business and/or sales management
- Experience using Microsoft CRM
