      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business relationships
      - Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas while ensuring accurate CRM and forecast updates
      - Conduct negotiations and finalize sales agreements with clients
      - Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and drive sales initiatives
      - Supervise the installation of new products to ensure customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2+ years of related sales experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
      - Ability to influence a diverse range of personnel, from nurses to C-level decision-makers
      - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with residence within the assigned territory
