      The Account Executive for emerging channels is responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth plan for the designated customers with a focus on our areas of business vital to patient growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market trends, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in sales.

      In this role, you will oversee account revenue and patient growth, profitability, and the adoption of ResMed solutions. You will serve as the primary customer contact for all commercial interactions, providing direction, leadership, and communication to the ResMed sales team regarding designated accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization’s overall growth objectives.



      Let’s talk about Responsibilities

      • Account contract sales negotiation, including administration, contractual and regulatory compliance.
      • Work in conjunction with the field sales team to uphold consistency, align and execute strategic directives.
      • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas.
      • Collaborate with our North American Commercial Strategy and Transformation Team on partnerships and new customers.
      • Develop sales goals for each assigned account, report quarterly sales and trends.
      • Generate and analyze intelligence necessary to communicate direction and leadership to the sales force.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
      • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of new services and alignment with company objectives.


      Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
      • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the medical technology or healthcare industry.
      • Strong understanding of the medical technology sector, including trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
      • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
      • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office
      • Experience working with medical technology products, services, or solutions.

      Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

      This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan with a target of $47,000 annually.

      At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $161,000 - 201,000

      For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
