What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and capitalize on revenue expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover additional use cases for cross-sell and up-sell initiatives
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Develop and implement strategic account plans focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record in customer expansion and account management
- Exceptional communication skills to engage multiple stakeholders in a sales process
- Extensive knowledge of the data technology landscape and solution-based selling
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth within existing accounts
- Strong organizational skills for executing long-term strategic account plans
