      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell finance & insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals while effectively overcoming objections
      - Maintain rapport with current customers through regular visits and evaluate their needs for new opportunities
      - Identify non-F&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist to estimate growth volume and qualify prospects
      - Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure they are knowledgeable about Ally's products
      - Complete administrative assignments and stay informed of competitors and market trends

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role
      - Retail dealership or auto-dealer-interfacing experience in a B2B sales capacity
      - Proven ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision-makers
      - Strong business management, presentation, and relationship selling skills
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; industry designations are a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer-facing sales role within the financial services or automotive industry
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
