What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for capturing volume ticket sales from targeted constituencies
- Coordinate and execute sales calls on potential customers through provided leads, prospecting, cold calling, and referrals
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with a variety of local, national, and international groups
- Effectively use ticketing platforms to manage seating charts and transaction processes
- Collaborate with Marketing and Grassroots teams to support outreach initiatives and enhance fan experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound and inbound sales, preferably with ticket sales experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers in person
- Strong customer service communication skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of outbound and inbound phone calls and emails
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Collaborative and flexible working style, capable of working both remotely and onsite
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite products
- Willingness to travel to league locations, approximately 2-3 weeks each season
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
