- Primarily focused on selling group tickets for football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, and softball.
- Responsible for the oversight of Men's and Women's basketball performance group scheduling through consistent and concise communication with group leaders and assist in gameday activations of the scheduled performances.
- Contact area businesses, youth organizations, and other large groups to promote the group ticket program.
- Cultivate current and past groups and new prospects to generate sales.
- Assist in selling season tickets, mini plans, and single game tickets for football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, and softball.
- Key contributor to the execution and service of critical season ticket holder processes throughout the year, including but not limited to season ticket renewals and seat selection processes
- Work all home football games and other athletic home events as determined by the Manager of Ticket Sales & Development to execute game day group experiences, service ticket buyers and generate leads through tabling.
- Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Assist Texas A&M Athletics marketing in the sales process and gameday execution of various sport promotions related to ticket sales
- Provide superior customer service to prospects, ticket buyers and donors throughout the season
- Develop relationships across department lines within the 12th Man Foundation and with Athletics Department employees
- Contribute positively to the sales team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and building quality relationships
- Strong desire to work in college athletics
- Ability to appropriately articulate the ticket options via phone call and in-person meetings
- Candidates should have a history of success in ticket sales, preferably with a major Division 1 university or professional sports
- Candidates should have a minimum of 12 months of sales or customer service experience
- Proficient in all applications of Microsoft Office; and internal donor management systems, ticketing systems, and/or CRM a plus
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekend, holiday, and evening hours
- Ability to travel as needed to complete duties and responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
Under the general supervision of the Manager of Ticket Sales & Development, the Account Executive, Group Ticket Sales will serve as an active member of the Group Ticket Sales team. The Account Executive, Group Ticket Sales is primarily responsible for selling group tickets to Texas A&M Athletic events, including but not limited to football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, and volleyball. In addition, this position is responsible for assisting with the sale of a full menu of ticket options to Texas A&M athletic events, soliciting memberships and philanthropic contributions to the 12th Man Foundation, contributing to critical season ticket holder processes and other administrative tasks throughout the year.
